What is the estimated delivery time for my order?Within Midstream and Centurion delivery can be expected within 2 days. Delivery times using Pudo varies (please see https://www.pudo.co.za for more information). For national deliveries using the Courier Guy, there are two options: R100 for expedited delivery in 3 - 5 business days. R130 for standard delivery in 2 - 3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?Free pickup or delivery within Midstream Estates. A small fee of R30 applies for deliveries within the Centurion area. For national counter-to-counter deliveries a flat rate of R80 applies using Pudo. For national door-to-door deliveries, there are two options: R140 for expedited delivery in 2 - 3 business days. R109 for standard delivery in 3 - 5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping, and if so, what are the conditions?Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over R600.

Do you ship internationally?No, at this time we only ship within South Africa.

What shipping carriers do you use?For door-to-door courier services we use 'The Courier Guy'. We also use Pudo (counter-to-counter) as an alternative.

Can I track my order?Yes, you can. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number. To track your shipment, visit The Courier Guy's or Pudo's website (depending on your choice of delivery) and enter your tracking number on the tracking page. You can also contact their customer service for assistance.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?Please contact us via email (admin@yesbites.co.za) with your request. If the package has not been shipped yet we will be happy to assist. Please note that additional charges might apply should we need to change the delivery address once with the courier.
